white card event: pasta-making with chef angelo sanelli

 

Cozy and informal was the order of the day, as 20 White Card members and their friends streamed into Mietta’s, eager to expend some elbow grease and learn the finer points of making fresh pasta. Chef Angelo Sanelli and his team of chefs were on hand to teach, guide and impart their culinary expertise to the participants. Thanks to Chef Sanelli’s genial nature and razor wit, it wasn’t long before the restaurant was peppered with laughter.
