Housed in a beautiful black and white heritage bungalow, the walk into the restaurant space is prefaced by lush, Kerala-style landscaping, hinting at the hushed privacy that The Song of India offers. Its private rooms are sufficiently luxe: The Upper Crust room uses Christofle’s flatware and Riedel’s Sommelier handcrafted crystal on its tables while The Indigo Mist room is adorned with a bling-it-on Swarovski crystal chandelier. Award-winning Master Chef Milind Sovani takes you on a journey through India – traditional dishes are given a slight twist in an attempt to play with the palate while herbs and spices are appropriately-sourced to reflect each dish’s authenticity.
