Relish started off with a burger on the Sunday brunch menu of Chef Willin Low’s first restaurant, Wild Rocket. Its popularity so rocked its patrons that a call for its permanent place in the menu was in its order. When Low found a beautifully-restored shophouse near the Botanic Gardens, it was then he spawned Relish, Singapore’s homegrown gourmet burger bar.
