Known for their creativity and finesse, the restaurant’s veteran culinary team is introducing an impressive 6-course menu with dishes that include braised tofu with 10-head abalone, dried oyster and black moss, as well as European-influenced dishes like pan-seared Australian wagyu beef in port wine reduction.

Garuda Padang
Celebrate the Lunar New Year with something spicy at Garuda Padang this festive season. Dig into a fulfilling and flavourful meal of Nasi Padang, made complete with must-haves like the sambal prawns and exotic beans, deep-fried seabass with sambal sauce and king prawns with belado sauce. A halal Yu Sheng has also been specially created for the occasion. A free flow of lime juice and a complimentary Chendol dessert will be the perfect companions to a piquant Lunar New Year meal.

Chef Janice Wong’s 6-course ‘Chocolate and Flowers’ sweet degustation menu is sure to pleasure the taste buds. Indulge in desserts such as the milk chocolate tofu paired with earl grey reduction and dew elderflowers, and the 2 degrees rocher rocks.

Only available on Valentine’s Day itself, Chef Carmine Esposito will showcase a 5-course menu of fine Italian cuisine, starting with the refreshing yellow fin in tuna carpaccio accompanied by tomato kumato and basil lemon vinaigrette, before moving on to the ultra decadent main of grilled wagyu tenderloin with a helping of foie gras sauce.

The stylish European restaurant has composed quite a few epicurean pleasures for this year’s Valentine’s Day set menu. Savour delicacies like the seared foie gras chaud with sweet cherry marmalade and pink peppercorn, and the slow braised Kurobuta pork belly with sweet corn dumpling and vanilla butter salsify. And because an evening of great food and company is only complete with some bubbly, Novus will be serving a complimentary bottle of Mumm’s Champagne with every set menu.

Head Chef Gianluca Visani has truly captured the essence of love in the Valentine’s Day set menu. Every part of the menu reflects a facet of love and emotion through the colours of the dishes, specifically happiness, warmth and even jealousy. Red, representing love, is illustrated in the main courses of the black cod filet with savoy cabbage, and drizzled with sautéed balsamic and beetroot sauce.
