White truffles are now in season! This year, Domvs brings in precious white truffles from Alba, Piedmont Italy (which, according to experts, produces the best white truffles in the world). Chef Carmine Esposito has put together a classic Italian White Truffle menu, featuring mains like an aged Barolo risotto blessed with generous shavings of the truffles.
