While most of the Christmas and New Year festivities are winding down, the White Card Team plans to start the New Year with a bang! On the 23rd of this month, we've planned a special Peranakan dinner at True Blue Cuisine featuring forgotten Peranakan dishes which you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else in Singapore. More details on this event and an interview with Benjamin Seck, chef and owner of True Blue Cuisine can be found in the newsletter. Tiffin Club has graciously given us a sneak peek at their newly revamped menu, which features contemporary, original Southeast Asian dishes with deliciously familiar flavours.

We throw the spotlight on unique and visually stunning dinner parties, which we hope to see and hear more of in 2010. As always, we've sourced for special White Card member promotions at the gorgeous and world-acclaimed Uma Ubud hotel in Bali, and gourmet, artisanal coffees at Papa Palheta. And finally, we would like to inform you that Mietta's will be re-locating (to just round the corner!) and will open again next month.
