This month, Travis Masiero, Chef-Owner of Spruce, chats with us on his cuisine inspiration, heading home for the holidays, and the delicious spread he will be presenting at the restaurant this festive season. We also take the opportunity to delve deeper into the origins of nasi padang, and its iconic dishes available at Garuda Padang Cuisine. Don’t miss the lowdown on Masterchef, the reality-culinary television programme that has all of Australia hooked, and looks set for its American debut with uber-celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey in the coming months.
